Meal time!!!

The beast towered above me and looked right down at me, it warm breath hit my face and smelt terrible. The jaw opened wide, I was frozen stiff! The beast's head bolted back , it's jaws opened wide bearing down on my. I jumped to the side and headed past the beasts legs, tripped and tumbled. The beast swung round and launched its huge body at me, smashing into the tree  behind me. Time to run!!!!

Run!!!!!!

Run!!!! I bolted after the woman who was scrambling though the forest, branches wipping past her body. I tried to catch up with her and almost did but then it happened again. A massive deep scream came from above and a claw broke through the canopy and snatched again this time at my shoulder. The claw missed, hit the ground and then lifted up and clipped my body swindling me hurtling into the air! I spun onto the ground , picked myself up and stood up. Then it landed.... Right in front the beast towered above me staring..... I dare not move........

Winged beast!

The wing wiped past my ear and the animal's claw opened and snatched at the girl just missing her back pack. The girl screamed again and bolted into the undergrowth. I ran after her. The beast lifted up and disappeared.

Run!!!

The icon moved faster and faster shifting towards my location. It couldn't be human, it was moving way too fast! Then I heard a scream hurtling towards me. It was human after all. A woman broke out from the undergrowth and stopped in front of me covered in sweat, her long brown hair wet and covering her pale face. She shouted one word in a fearful voice. "Run!" Then it came. A massive scream broke out from the trees a wing ripped past my shoulder. It was time to run!

Recovery

I walked slowly into the jungle and checked my navi computer. A small icon appeared on the screen and moved fast towards my location. I was not alone......

Falling

That was it, the rapids took me over the edge and I was falling. I yelled out as I went down into the mist and spray. I hit the water hard, the wind was knocked out of me. I swam up towards the surface and my head breached and I gasped in oxygen.The sun shone down on my face, and I swam to the edge.  There was a small beach where I struggled up on to and laid face down for a while.    It was over for now, I turned over to survey my location.  I was on the beach and looking back towards the water fall that I had come over.The sun shone down into the clear pool in fornt of me.  The water fall was high but the pool I had landed in was deep.  I sat here staring and then looked at my wrist navi computer.  It was time to get out of here......

Rapids

I turned on my back and looked up the narrow chasm that I had fell down to see the Rex looking down at me. I was safe for now, the roar faded as the current whisked me further down river but safety was only short lived. The speed of the current picked up faster and faster I tried to swim to the sides but it was not good. The rapids carried me further and faster then the river ended at an edge.......I was heading towards a water fall......... had my luck just ran out??????........
